About

An idle screen is wasted real estate. We're building the fix.

AdVision Connect is a Smart-TV ad-revenue platform for short-stay rentals. We're pre-revenue and pilot-driven — which means we'd rather prove the model on your property than promise numbers in a deck.

Where we are

Pre-revenue. Pilot-driven. Honest about it.

There is no roster of named customers here, no counters of "rooms monetised", and no revenue chart climbing a hockey stick — because those would be invented, and invented numbers are the fastest way to lose an operator who trusted us with their guest experience. What exists is a working platform, a clear pilot process, and a small team that ships.

The thesis

The most expensive screen in the room earns nothing.

A short-stay rental unit spends on the bed, the bathroom, the Wi-Fi, and the Smart TV — and the Smart TV is the only asset in that list that generates zero revenue. Operators have already paid for the screen. The thesis of AdVision Connect is simple: that screen has idle time, that idle time has value, and the operator — not the platform — should keep control of how that value is realised.

Two revenue lines run on the same surface. Programmatic advertising, in a clearly bounded frame inside a guest-first app. And in-room upsells — late checkout, room service, local tours, partner offers — that turn the TV into a point of sale for services the operator already offers or wants to offer.

What we believe

Guest experience is the product, not the cost.

The easiest way to build this wrong is to treat the guest's attention as a firehose to sell to advertisers. That model lasts one stay and then loses the property. So we built the platform around a different rule: ad load is a dial the operator controls, ads are clearly separated from content and essential information, and the dashboard attributes revenue to specific rooms so the operator can see exactly what each choice costs or earns.

The platform is hardware-light on purpose. Most short-stay units already have a Smart TV that can run the guest app natively. Where a TV isn't compatible, we say so during onboarding — we don't sell a box to fix it.

How we work with operators

A pilot, then a decision — never a deck then a contract.

Every engagement starts the same way: a time-boxed pilot on one property or a handful of units. You see the live TV app and admin panel, real ad fill where it's available, and real upsell flows. The revenue split, any floor rates, and the rollout timeline are agreed for your property from numbers that came out of your units — not from a rate card we wrote in advance.

Talk to us

If you operate short-stay rooms, we should talk.

Hotels, serviced apartments, aparthotels and short-let operators. If you've got Smart TVs in your units and you'd like to know what they can actually earn, the next step is a short conversation — not a sales cycle.
